"He finished the roof but did not tell me about the error in his workmanship. He did not finish the whole work. Update 12/22/2021: He finished the roof and said he fixed the problem, he showed me how he was to complete the repairs and after it was complete the work was not done in the manner he said he would do it. A new problem was noticed with the shingles and they are overhanging on a peak of the roof and are not attached and will blow off with high winds. The second part of the job, to put two sides on the shed was not done properly, he is charging me to come out to fix it, which is ridiculous, that is why contractors put that in their estimates. He was going to come out on a Saturday but change to Friday since it was going to rain on Saturday, when he called me and by the time he arrived on the job site it would be dark, I told him I did not want him to work in the dark with a flashlight. he keeps giving me excuses on why he cannot come out on certain days for personal reasons. The job should have been completed in October, except for his constant excuses for not being able to come out. If the problems are not resolved by the end of the year I will escalate this by other means."

"In all cases he put in what he wanted, and in all cases it was a lot cheaper and WITHOUT RECEIPTS . We were charged for the upgrades but did not get them (Refused to provide receipts,even when asked repeatedly (we have texts from him saying NO RECEIPTS, NO RECEIPTS! NO RECEIPTS!). They cut a huge hole in our garage ceiling for I have no reason why. Also one in the bathroom closet. Bought cheaper toilets than the ones we chose. The bathroom tub was supposed to be a nice tub to go with the expensive tiles we picked. They put in the cheapest tub they could buy and refused to take it out. They then put non slip silicone strips on the bottom that makes it look even cheaper. We came to find that the reason for the strips was to hide a chip that was there. They were repeatedly told we wanted SLIDING shower doors. They purchased the cheapest one they could find with a door that opens out. We asked for power flush jet toilets. They purchased watersense toilets, got mad when we told them it was not what we wanted. Finally said they would return them but put them in anyway. They left the water sense sticker on them is how we were sure. . There were cabinets put in without spacing and as a result the doors and drawers wouldn't open without scraping against the one beside it. We had to replace and buy new ones. The countertop was installed without having a plumber come in beforehand and set up the drain, so now installation of a garbage disposal is impossible without removing the countertops and cabinets. In both bathrooms, the wall niches have mostly gray and dirty white half inch thick threshold pieces to box them out (our bath is brown based) that were cut short at the ends, then filled with gray grout as filler. They couldn't look more horrible. They were also asked to put in white grout to match the brown and white of the bathroom tiles. They put in gray. Towards the end, we asked for proof of license to contract along with receipts. They refused. We told them not to continue work until they could give us receipts and proof of license. The very next day, I came down to find workers there scrambling to finish the job they had so far taken them two months to do. We received numerous and lengthy text messages from them cursing us out, accusing us of sexual impropriety and calling us foul names until we finally had to called the police. Succinctly, this company and the persons we dealt with, Perry Panaccio and his brother Al Panaccio, are a nightmare and not people you ever want have do anything for you! I am seriously considering suing, which I have never done...it is that bad!"

"Jeremiah was hired because after our new roof was installed, it leaked around the chimney. The other roofer said nothing was wrong and yet we had leaking in the attic. The flashing and some of the asphalt shingles were removed. New copper flashing and replacement shingles were installed. No leaks now. "
