"I had Geno replace my gutters & install gutter guards in July. I waited to review the work until now so I could determine how the gutters handled the falling leaves. I am very pleased with the job Geno did. It took him & his crew about 4 hours to do the job & did an excellent clean up job when they left. I have had no clogged gutters & the wind blows off the leaves. I had 3 estimates for the job. His reviews were excellent & I felt his gutter guard was very good & he came in with the lowest bid. I recommended Geno to a friend, who also was pleased with his work. I will certainly recommend him to others & will use him in the future if I need additional roofing or siding repairs."

"I read other reviews for Townsley Contracting before calling Jim and I was not disappointed. He was both responsive and very helpful. We set an appointment for an overall check on the health of my roof which had been prompted by a new leak.  Jim arrived promptly at the day and time we had agreed upon.
He assessed the roof and also determined the cause of my leak which included digital photos of the various issues he found. At my request, he provided several levels of recommendations ranging from the "let's stop this leak now" to "what would a roof replacement look like?"
I appreciated Jim's low key approach to finding the right solution(s) that fit my budget. He did not try to hard sell an immediate roof replacement and even suggested some of the medium repairs could wait until I was ready to replace the roof in a year or two.
Based on my experience, I have already asked Jim for quotes on additional work and fully expect that he will be on my shortlist of go-to contractors.

"Mike called on November 5, 2014 and asked if he could stop by and check out what needed to be done.  Mike and his crew arrived about 8:30am on Nov. 7, 2014.  They started where we asked them to start, which was the upstairs bedrooms.  They worked all day removing  and replacing windows and subsequently capping and caulking them.
They came back on November 7 and 9, 2014 to do the same tasks and to complete the job.
On November 9,2014, we did a walk-through of what was done and saw that one of the glass panes had a defect, Mike wrote down the code for that window so that he could order a replacement.  Subsequently, he saw that one of the windows frames was damaged and needed to be replaced.   Mike and his crew sealed up the window from the outside because that window had not been capped and caulked yet.   Mike wrote down the code for that frame so that he could order a replacement.  All other windows looked good.
On December 10, Mike called and told us that he had the replacement parts and asked when he could come over to do the work. We were out of town and asked if he could come December 13, but he was busy that day and asked if he could do the work on December 14.  On December 14, 2014, Mike came back with the new window sash and window frame.  He replaced the window sash and frame, completed the capping and caulking for the last window.
The windows look good and work well.  We used to get  a lot of condensation on the old windows and some were a little drafty, we don't have that problem anymore.  We are happy with the work that was done and our purchase.

"I contacted Adelphia via Angies list due to a leak in one small roof over a section of our home and the need to have the upper roof reviewed to determine if repairs were needed. Joe came out when he said he would, reviewed the situation, took pictures and was able to show me a variety of issues. One roof was very soft and had a hole in it which he showed me from an upper window. He told me they could come out within a week, which was acceptable to me. That night Joe called and indicated that it was supposed to rain the next day and if I was very concerned about the leak they could come out and cover it in some way. This was very thoughtful and great customer service. It was a minor leak that was hit or miss based on the winds so I said not to bother. The next day, I also got a call from their office to confirm the job which was very professional. Adelphia showed up when they said they would and got the job done in the estimated time. Joe and his team were prompt, courteous and very responsive. They also did a good job of explaining what was to be done and they went above and beyond all within the estimated price.
