"I was EXTREMELY pleased and impressed with all aspects of my experience with Bay Ridge Development. Rick Sievers is a craftsman who has extensive experience in both custom new home construction and high-quality remodeling. From the very first meeting, I was impressed with Rick's demeanor, extensive knowledge and insight into possible "gotchas" associated with my project. Rick was extremely thorough and reasonable in his estimates, began the work exactly as scheduled and completed my project in less time than he had initially proposed. The quality of the work was extremely high, and Rick was very accommodating. HIGHLY Recommended!!"

"They were prompt, kept us informed and cleaned up after the job was finished!"

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"Great job built exactly what we wanted at a very good price!"

"North West Home Solutions did Excellent Work on our home!! I am Very Pleased with their recent work on our roof! They did exactly what was needed. Our roof and chimney has been sealed off to stop the water damage and they have completely fixed our interior ceilings from the damage caused. I would Highly recommend them."

"I could not be more pleased with my home remodel and construction of a new storage shed performed by Bob Thornton. The remodeled area matches perfectly with my existing home. No one would ever know that the remodeled living space was not part of the original home. The new storage shed aligns seamlessly with the architecture of my existing home, including roof pitch, vinyl siding, shingles, windows and door. Bob has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction, from foundation to finish-carpentry and all steps in between, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring and drywall. I threw a lot of curve balls at Bob during the construction, and he handled them all in a kind and professional manner. He worked with me throughout the building process to ensure I would be pleased with the final results. The work was performed promptly and within budget. What stands out the most is Bobs attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and use of superior materials. Bob exceeded my expectations and made the entire process fun. I was almost sad when the work was completed, as it was such a pleasure working with Bob and his crew. I would not think of hiring anyone else for any future projects. I highly recommend Bob Thorton for any job, big or small."
