I called 3X in 2 months to ask for info on the grout color (we tried 2 different colors) and he never responded! Very unprofessional to not even respond! I no longer would recommend him. "

"This team did a really fantastic job cleaning. Two examples, they removed all the dog hair from the carpets on the stairs (a tough job) and they removed and cleaned the filters on the stove hood. Unfortunately, I couldn't hire them again because their hourly fee was so much higher than other companies that I evaluated. My expectation is that it should take 4-6 hours to clean our house and the first time they cleaned it took 3 people two hours (so 6 hours total) which is right where I expected. However, the hourly rate was more than twice what I've paid in the past for similar work and even though they said subsequent visits would be a little less expensive, that fee was still initially 60% more expensive than the company I ended up hiring. When I challenged the hourly rate, it did come down more, to only 25% higher than the other company I hired. I might have paid 25% more had that been the first price offered since they did such a good job, but just couldn't do it after the initial gouging I experienced. I should have asked for an estimate before the first cleaning - it just didn't occur to me that the price would be so drastically out of line with my expectations."
