He explained everything he was doing, kept me updated throughout the project and provided me with a thorough run down of the work he did, the expected remaining life of my roof, and other general roof and shingle related information. His rates were very reasonable and he did not try to convince me that I needed an entire new roof - in fact, he assured me that I could get another 10 years out of it and thus was making the right decision with this repair."

They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."
