They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"I first reached out to Bob for a quote for a full roof replacement. After exploring options I decided to instead go with a solar installer, but they told me they don't do masonry work. I reached back out to Bob with an incredibly reduced scope of work which only included removing the peak of a chimney and replacing the house's soffit to add ventilation. He was still willing to work with me and treated me with respect throughout the process. Price felt a little high but it was expected since this was entirely ladder/steep roof work. I'm assuming bricks were tossed off the side of the house which explains how the chimney portion was done in less than a day, clean up was very satisfactory. When I asked about further soffit details, Bob thoroughly explained the work involved, how the new soffit would look and be installed, and brought a sample booklet so I could see the color options. Very happy with the resulting work, only ask would have been even more intake holes."

Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time.
