"Finally! I had a very stressful and urgent repair- it was horrible getting quotes and the details I hoped for. DaSilva Construction is the way to go. Thoughtful, prompt responses. Good communication, and by far the most professional. I felt secure knowing it would be done appropriately and it was done so efficiently, which was a huge relief. An unexpected change happened during the job but it was communicated very well and quickly and worked out perfectly. Fair, professional, kind- and my front steps are sturdy and beautifully rebuilt. "He hired Tom Harrop to install kitchen cabinets and a heater under the kitchen sink, vinal flooring, plastering in a small area, add ceiling lighting and a shiplap ceiling. Once the work was done I asked Tom to do a walk through and he refused saying he stood behind his empoyees work. Here are the PROs and CONs. PROs: 1.) work was completed in a timely fashion 2) they did a beautiful job on the shiplap ceiling and lighting. CONs: 1) The brand new white cabinets had some nicks requiring paint touch up. 2) Terrible job on the floors! Uneven spots, lengths are uneven at the edges, gaps showing, no finish work. Terrible job!! 3) plastering looks like it wasn't even done! And there is some peeling of paint on the plaster job. Terrible job!!! 4) we were promised and paid for an under the kitchen sink heater which we never received. Called multiple times with no response. Lesson learned, will never use Tom Harrop again!!"
