"I had a flood for the first time in the crawlspace and basement. I called Regional Foundation & Crawlspace Repair to come out. They wanted 27K for crawlspace encapsulation, that was too much and I could do most the work myself. I instead paid them $5,000.00 to bury a geodrain and install a triple safe sump pump system. This is the job they did, they installed the sump pumps at the 3rd to lowest point in the crawlspace and this geodrain goes back and forth from uphill to downhill. The lowest point still allows water to flood downstairs. They also cracked a chunk of my foundation at the point of sump pumps egress. Outside they just threw rocks on ground were the water comes out and can get back into the ground to reenter the crawlspace. They got 1 star because the people were nice, their job was not. Update as of 4/23/2024 they contacted me and said they wanted to make sure everything was good. A Girl and guy came out and noticed a couple things I didn't and said they would fix it that their company does not do work like that. They dug up all the previous geodrain and moved it to walls, tried to level out the drain and changed the location of the pumps and the drain outside. She had a really good work ethic and never took a break. The guy was on the other side of house and think he did good too. Everything they did looked professional and looks like they fixed everything. They had to come back today to finish the work today, but had three of them. It all looks good and they tested everything. They apologized about the old work and were not sure went wrong, but I don't have a negative view of the company now and am satisfied with the work they did. Just nocking one star for the under trained individuals that came the first time, the second crew was great!"

"They repaired the leaks and replaced the food disposer and were professional and efficient. I was concerned when they said they bill by the hour but they worked efficiently, there were 2 technicians and they tag teamed the work to get it done in a timely manner."

"I am having an inground salt water pool and spa being constructed in the backyard. I stated "having" because it's going on 6+ months with the pool contractor we hired out of Apex, NC to complete the job he was paid to do. Still waiting...... Anyways, I called Mr. James Blandford on 20 April to have the pool cleaned. He came out the very same day and preformed the job. He went above and beyond by showing both my husband and I, what the contractor needed to fix. They are easy fixings however, important fixes, that if not done correctly could cost thousands out of our pockets in the future. I called Mr. Blanford once again to have the pool salted and once again, he showed up the same day with all supplies in hand and and preformed the job. This man is a very positive, kind and reputable person. Hands down, if you are needing any pool work, this is your guy!"

"Service Experts (Raleigh?) has provided HVAC services for my home since about 2002. They responded and fixed my A/C and offered a maintenance program which has provided needed solutions over the years. SE has replaced one of my units, repaired/replaced boards, replaced capacitors, motors, blowers, exchanges, etc. SE has provided service and maintenance on my recommendation to college mentor, parents and in-laws. However recent years have shown a noted change in their process and my (and spouces) faith in their service is faltering. I understand the challenges of growth and excuse the limited knowledge of newly qualified or techs in training. I've continued to lose trust as the techs role has moved to be more sales than diagnostic. I can't ask my mother to accept the repairman as they are likely to accept charge for fees which are included with maintnenace or agree to an uneccessary repair. A tech confessed that they are expected to close a certain number of sales "add-ons" and are pressured to meet those goals. (This cannot be confirmed but aligns with observed changes. ) I continue to fail to value their serviceand question, the validity of SE tech opinions and quotes. I'm re-evaluating my use of Service Experts for my homes checking to see who Angie might suggest."

"Two gentlemen showed up and asked about the problem then did their assessment.  It took 1.5 hours and a trip or two under the house to get rid of the clog.  They also removed the stopper so I could eliminate future clogs.  I've had zero problems since, and it is nice to be able to take a shower without standing in water. <br />"

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. They were here for most of the day and upon finishing the job they came to let us know they were leaving and that everything they tested worked . <br /> This company will get our business again in the future. I especially liked the fact that they were so up front about everything, from the time and a half fees to getting our permission before fixing or replacing any part. <br />"
