They also cleaned up afterwards and hauled old line segments away and put down grass seed and straw where they dug up the yard. They let me watch the screen as they sent the camera down the line during the inspection . They also did the digging by hand on a very hot and humid day . I am impressed by their efforts! We have a floor drain that water comes up out of when there is a clog somewhere, and it goes all over the floor.
I have had many plumbers looking at the same problem as long as I have owned this house, they were never really sure what the problem was. The clog seems to be fixed when they leave, but slowly comes back. Roger tried snaking the pipes in the usual place, but it didn't seem to work. So, he asked if he could cut a pipe and try it from there. After a few tries, he got the clog, and told us how we could take care of it if it happened again. Which should be much easier to take care of, since we know where the problem area is.  If I ever need another plumber, I know who to call!
