"Awesome company, if you have any questions about the workmanship just call and the owner will come out that day to answer you concerns or fix anything you think is not satisfactory. He went above and beyond all expectations. I will work with no one else for my concrete roof tiles or my siding. He didn’t like the looks of the back of house match to the old siding, so he tore out all the old stuff and replaced with new and turned around and tore down the siding in front and redid it because he didn’t feel his crew had installed it properly so it wouldn’t warp again. All at no cost. When he looked over the roof estimate he also found he had charged me to much for the parts and wrote me a $200 check on the spot. He also showed me that I was still under warranty and helped fill out the info to get a full refund His business motto is “if your not happy he will go above what you expect to make you happy” Iig your reading this to compare contractors I’d stop here. You won’t be disappointed."

"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"We hired SAL to install new ceramic tile floors in our hall bath, master bath, & master hallway. They also put in new 3/4 cherry hardwood floors in my master bedroom. The craftsmanship was immaculate. He shows up on time, worked on my job everyday till it was done, cleaned up at the end of the day, & most importantly was very respectful to me & my family. "I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled. "Mike DiMaggio’s lack of communication or follow-up were disappointing. First person to take measurements did them improperly. Second person to to measurements, Chuck, was very thorough. I felt the Window Nation Team tried very hard after the initial setbacks. Coordination Team and Installers were very professional, timely and friendly.
