"Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes very well. Same Day Service did have to come out two times to repair two different parts of the dishwasher. I might not have done the repair if I knew the number of parts needed at the onset, but the diagnosis was challenging, and I don't think they could tell the number of problems the first time. We ended up replacing a small motor and then a diverter. Their repairmen were all very friendly and courteous. They also did a good job of reducing the cost of the second repair since they had been out so recently. They repaired a two-year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher, and they clearly are much more complicated machines than they used to be and not made as well as they used to be made."
