She operated the The Hepa vac inside and he went out to the dryer vent on the side of the house used a long brush to scrub the interior of my vent pipe that runs through my slab foundation. The vac left no dust in the air or in my laundry room. The cleaning took about 45 minutes and went very smoothly. "They didn't show up when we had agreed on the date and time. I called and they showed up ta new scheduled time. Additional shingles were required. They brought them and replaced the missing shingles the next day. They also inspected the roof and resealed area around pipes. Satisfied with their work and their responsiveness once we got a new time set."

"My experience with this company from the 1st phone call to the installation to the service after the job was
completed has been great. They did a good job of communicating with us along the way and letting us know what to expect.
Our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very impressed that the owner of the company sent us a card with his contact information and encouraged us to call him if we had any questions or concerns. The installation crew showed up on time and finished the entire job in one day. They kept things neat and did a good job of answering my 1,000 questions I had
