"I am tired of the feeling I am getting ripped off by contractors so I did my homework and knew how much it should cost to spray my room with the closed cell insulation. Online sources say you can expect to pay $1.00-1.50 per board foot. This is simply square foot times the number of inches in depth. Superior came out to be within that expected range at around $1.48 per board foot. I appreciated the fact that they scheduled my job within 3 weeks after coming out to give an estimate since I hoped to get the insulation done before the new windows and doors came. They were here promptly when they said they would be. The business is well stocked with helpful, considerate and professional folk. The salesman was pleasant to work with and not pushy. The ladies in the office, Lillian and Kâ ¦ are very helpful and solution-oriented people. The owner, Jeff, is experienced and spot on with his measurements and pricing. The men doing the install, Ryan and Matt did a good job and were decent and hardworking men but made a few mistakes which were corrected to my satisfaction immediately. I want to encourage them to do their best to emulate their boss Pat. I absolutely loved the field manager Pat. He is the epitome of what all people in the construction field should aspire to become. He is knowledgeable, hardworking, considerate, in possession of both people skills and technical skills. He went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy with the product, and I am 100% happy with what I received from Superior. I would tell you if I wasnâ t. Superior better hold on to this guy! Give him a raise or a bonus, but you canâ t let him retire. Itâ s rare to find a gem like this. I have hired many construction jobs on my house over the last twenty years and have had to write some bad reviews. I am pleased to give a good one for a change. Thank you Superior! "We discovered that water was leaking into our home and that ice on the roof had formed a d***.  Of course, we discovered this at 8:30pm on a Friday night!  My husband called Onondaga County Construction and Matt came out the next day, as promised.  The ice was removed and he gave us a quote to install heat tape/coil on the roof to allow the water to drain in the future.  He came back a few days later, again, as promised, and installed the necessary materials.  He never charged us for the ice removal.  So far, his solution has solved our problem.  Matt is honest and reliable.  A great, no nonsense contractor who will give you good advice, fair prices and will complete the work when and how he promises. We are very glad to have found Onondaga County Construction and plan to call him for some siding work in the spring!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The Rodent Remediation Service consisted of the following activities: 1) Attic (or Crawl Space) Remediation Service; 2) Basement Remediation Service; 3) Exclusion (Pest Proofing); 4) Ridge-Guard Installation; 5) Mice Trapping The Rodent Remediation Service was conducted in three phases, by three different teams, 7 different technicians: 1) Estimation - Team A (3 estimators); 2) Remediation - Team B (2 technicians); 3) Remediation - Team C (2 technicians). OVERALL: In carrying out the Remediation Service RodentX teams (collectively) exhibited the following qualities: workmanship, perseverance, communication, and commitment. Each of the three RodentX teams (A, B &C) performed their specific tasks in workmanship fashion. Team B deserves special kudos for perseverance (i.e., arriving at my home despite having to drive through “whiteout conditions” at 10 MPH). Team C deserves special commendation for flexibility (i.e., filling in, at the last minute, for Team B whose members unexpectedly became ill); and for commitment (for promising to replace, during a future visit, the insulation in the basement that Team B had removed, but had intended to replace the following day). Considering that there was not obvious project manager charged with overall responsibility for managing this project, I want to commend all three teams (A, B & C) for communication excellence (i.e., keeping me posted regarding changes in arrival time, replacement teams, etc.). However, if I were granted one wish as a customer, I would wish that one overall project manager would give the customer a walkthrough at the end of the project to demonstrate that every task in the contract has been performed to the customer’s satisfaction."
