My name is Ryan Herceg, and I have been working in the construction industry since I was approximately 13 years old. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive hands-on experience performing a wide range of interior and exterior construction work.\n\nMy areas of expertise include framing, drywall, tile installation, flooring, finish trim, cabinet installation, and painting. In my mid-twenties, I also spent several years working alongside an experienced mason, where I developed a strong passion and skill set for masonry and concrete work.\n\nI have extensive experience with brick and block construction, natural and veneer stone, stucco, and concrete preparation and finishing. I take pride in quality workmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently handle a wide variety of residential and commercial construction projects.

"Chris and his crew were wonderful to work with . They cleaned, sealed , and repaired /replaced some of the wood in my deck. They were thoughtful, professional, and very efficient. I plan to rehire for future projects."

"The job was done by Michael Rendon, who did a neat and thorough exterior power wash and offered to clean all the gutters also."

"Bill was excellent. Work was amazing! He s also become a friend of ours throughout the process. Such a friendly and professional guy. 5 thumbs up (if I had 5 thumbs :) )"

"Outstanding and reliable work and company. Pressure washed house, deck, sanded deck and stained. Brought deck back to life and saved me money as I no longer need to replace it. I highly recommend Michael and his company. Very professional"

"Great! They arrived at the time they promised. They were careful around my shrubs. The brick and siding of the house looked great and I was shocked at the difference having the driveway pressure washed made. I have asked them to contact me every 6 months to have it done again."

"My experience with Marez Power Washing was exactly what I was looking for in a service! Mark came to my home, evaluated the work to be done, and provided a fair estimate. He responded quickly, and was back within just a few days to power wash and then seal my fence. The job only took a part of two afternoons, and Mark was very conscientious about taking care of the property while working, and afterwards. The results are excellent! I highly recommend using Marez Power Washing, and am already talking with Mark about future work."

"These guys worked so hard and the outside of my house has never looked better. They also cleaned up my yard. They did such a good job my neighbors have even been asking who did it!"
