I really liked his presentation, and the quote was in my budget, so I hired him. He used excellent materials, and did a beautiful job on the deck portion, but with the metal roof, I was not happy. After he did the roof, I had several leaks, along the join line on the roof. I did call him to come back out, which he did and did some caulking and patching, because he has a year guarantee on material and work done. His patching efforts did not work, but he would not call me back, answer my calls, or come back out again, so I guess there is no guarantee. So, I ended up hiring a roofer, which cost me 1500 more, and the roofer told me that the patch job and roof over the deck was poorly done. I would recommend him as a deck builder, but never as a roofer."
