"Ultimate first cleaned our wall-to-wall carpeting in our master bedroom, office and den.  Based on our satisfaction with this carpet cleaning, we had pleasant and candid discussions with Jeremy Higley, the owner of Ultimate, concerning the refinishing of our 1,550 square feet of our 5" plank, red birch hardwood flooring.  Jeremy did careful measurements of our flooring, provided options and pricing for several types of coatings on the refinished flooring and responded to our numerous questions.  He also recommended a moving company for moving out and in of our furniture and area rugs, which company's services were very responsive and well done.  We elected to proceed with the refinishing during a period when we were on a trip, which required placing much responsibility on Jeremy.  When we returned, Jeremy had done everything he had promised and we were very happy with the appearance of our refinished hardwood.  We discussed with Jeremy prior to our departure our concerns with preserving the integrity of the wood baseboards adjacent to the flooring during the sanding process.  He assured us that the wood flooring adjacent to the baseboards would be hand-sanded to avoid damaging the baseboards.  The refinishing was done with no damage whatsoever to the baseboards.  All in all, we were very happy with the work performed by Jeremy and his company and the price charged.  Terrific! <br />"
