"The installers?Noah, Matt, & Pierce? were terrific. Skilled, courteous, and exceedingly clean. Five stars for them. The initial contacts with the company were the problem. The salesperson Brandon was over-the-top pushy and condescending and subjected me to four hours of nonstop high-pressure sales pitches. I was required to make selections on flooring, fixtures, etc., without seeing actual samples. It wasn?t until a week later that another employee mentioned in passing that I could visit a showroom and see samples. This resulted in many changes, some of which were made, some not. End result is a bathroom that was well constructed, but contains some things I wouldn?t have chosen had I been given better information at the outset and not been subjected to such an unpleasant and unprofessional salesperson."

"I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

"Our house is old and all bathrooms in the house are outdated  and poky. This specific bathroom had a very small shower stall especially for my 6'5'' frame. I tried a number of recommended contractors and also quickly searched the internet. DRemodeling was the only company I found that in my opinion had credible positive reviews and hardly any negative feedback so I decided to try them out. Although in general I have pretty low opinion about internet based reviews and generally don't trust it too much (restaurants are the worst). However, in this case I am very glad we went with Dan's company. What made all the difference is is the design options Dan offered when visiting us at home. He straight away saw what others never even considered. He offered to entirely move the location of the shower stall which allowed to at least triple the size of the shower whithout making the wrest of the room feel smaller. The company also offers designer services as part of the whole package and it was very useful for us because both me and my wife have very limited ability or passion for home improvements.  But the end result would definitely be acceptable even to most discerning customers. But again we are not real suckers for fanciful materials and design and prefer aesthetic simplicity. But I am sure Devin (designer) is capable to accommodate a wide range of needs in this department. Dan's labor estimate was very close to estimates I received from other trusted contractors (one of them is actually a neighbor who is less friendly after this). All the guys working for Dan were great and my schnoodle thought a world about them. To make long story short I and my wife are really enjoying this bathroom and only regret that we didn't renovate it long time ago. We are also planning to renovate our second bathroom soon.
