Didn't call them back as I'm paying them and not the other way around. Fast forward a week and they, actually, called me back. Made another appointment and worker showed up as agreed. Worker was very knowledgeable, very respectful to me and my home, extremely careful about not getting soot everywhere and even fixed a pipe that had came loose, for no extra charge. I recommend them and would definitely use them again. Other than the aforementioned setback, which is somewhat minor, they did an excellent job."
