"Portland, Maine: LeafFilter installed in the gutters (July 2025) and put the downspout in an area that brings more water to the home. Therefore, causing water to come in the basement. I have tried numerous times to get them to call, and work on this problem, but if they reply back, it is asking me where i would put the downspout. I hired them to bring water away from the house, and paid them for their expertise, which appears to be limited. They basically come out to make the sale, and there is no support after. I have tried to work with them numerous times and they do not return calls; if you are lucky to get a call back, they tell you what they would not do. They should have mapped this out appropriately from the beginning when the sales person was here. I am still trying to work this out, but meanwhile i have a situation that i did not have before. I strongly recommend you do not go with this company. "

"This company is completely unprofessional. My husband and I chose them cause they were the cheaper option and found out the hard way that’s not always the best choice. When they came by for our scheduled date they left without ever talking to me to explain anything for after care. I have weeds sprouting up and they never came back for their construction cones. "Worst experience we’ve ever had with a handyman or hired renovation service. Took three months to complete this project, only worked an average of 2-3 hour each day. Multiple delays and excuses. Quality of work was very poor and we have to have several areas redone. He left knowing there was a water leak under our new $1200 vanity and has not returned our calls voicing concerns about the “completed” project. This is not a professional company but rather a one man show who cannot complete quality work in a timely manner."

We will also give you the price of each item if that is more comfortable for our clients. We want our clients to come back to us for all their needs,thats why we treat them like family. We also install products for the elderly like hand rails in the shower or for people who have speacial needs. The other two roofing companies I never heard back. Braswell Construction contacted my insurance company and worked out all the details. A week later I had a brand new roof with gorgeous colored shingles. Everyone in the neighborhood stopped by and literally knocked on the door to inquire. Chris Gaugler was onsite and available for questions anytime to the very end. The crew only took one day to do the house, extended 4 car garage and well house. Photos attached and it really makes a difference."
