Carl is straightforward and dependable. Overall, the finished work is excellent; you can't even tell that the room is an addition from the inside or the outside of the house. If I do have any problems (which I don't expect to), I know that I can count on Carl to come and address them. He's trustworthy and cares about his work. That's rare. No need to look further, he's the guy for your job. His subcontractors on my job were excellent too.
