"I am so happy that I called Steve. I thought that I would have to buy a new refrigerator, but he fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. While he was here he looked at my dryer that needed work, and came back the next day with the dryer part. He is very knowledgeable and reliable. Will definitely be hiring him again for any appliance repairs."

"I was given a 2 hour window for when my technician Kyle would show up. Kyle came on the earlier side of the timeframe. He was able to get my garbage disposal removed and installed the new one. He was professional and told me about the warranty and answered any questions I had about the appliance or the service. The one thing that I appreciated about the service from Mr. Appliance is that when they texted/emailed me to confirm my appointment they also sent a picture of the technician that would be performing the service, this made me very at ease knowing who would be arriving to perform the service."
