"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. The construction started a day early and Bryan was expert--I mean super expert having built decks for over 20 years. The process involved questions and few minor changes (no skirting, 4ft steps, and partial privacy wall adjustment). All interactions with Bryan with questions were so positive and options given so that I would be happy with the end result. Bryan said this and meant it. "After some major communication issues, we finally DID get our aluminum fence installed by TNT---and it was well worth the wait. However... our project was delayed several times... we have had to contact THEM every time (they have not called or contacted us on their own initiative since our credit card was charged for the up-front half of the job). VERY disappointed. They responded to our request to Home Advisor within minutes... and were more than eager to get our business. It was all downhill from there. We had to call them REPEATEDLY just to be emailed an invoice for the job. However... once on site the crew was quick, courteous and professional. We are extremely satisfied with the finished product... we only wish the experience before the work was started would have been better."

"It went great! Jeff came out and made sure that he divided the duplex directly down the middle and got to work really fast. The job was tough because he had to go through a lot of concrete and blacktop but he got it done. He also installed a gate for each side and they're great. We did have an issue with the way one was settling, nothing that was done on his part, and he came right out and adjusted the gates. We will 100% use them again for any of her fence needs."
