I called Drain Doctor of Cols, late the next morning, with the expectation of not being able to have a tech come out the same day. Tommy said he had a booked schedule, yet said we would be the last appt for the day. I explained the situation to him and he said no problem. Our sump pump was replaced and had couple of our lines cleaned out from the downspout to the curb. I think they know their stuff. They are reliable. This time they had a young man do the backfilling on the trench. The yard was a whole mess, of course it was done late in the fall and I did not expect anything to go back or anything, but I still have a mound of dirt in the yard which I may deal with in the spring.
