"Fast contact. Good bidding. Quality materials. Even did repairs to shoddy builders work. Seamless gutters look good. Improves street appeal. Itâ s so hard to obtain contractor services way out here in Copperas Cove. Thanks leaf filter again."

"They were prompt, efficient, cleaned up everything in my gutters, installed the gutter system with no damage to the tree or bushes that are in the front of my house. They were polite and fast. Photos were taken of the gutters completed and some while doing the work."

"Mike and his crew were fantastic. He came with a drone to see the house. He sent me the pix and then sent pix of how the roof would be done. He explained everything that they do, the materials they use, how long it takes, what their clean-up policy is, and everything else in between... We signed the agreement and I sent a deposit on Dec. 18, picked the color of the roof tile on Dec 20, they came to the house right after the holiday weekend on Dec 30, finished the whole roof in 1 day and came back on Jan 4 (due to inclement weather) to install new gutters which, by the way, were a $0 bonus as a December inclusion. The work was done quickly and professionally- the houses on either side were covered and they cleaned everything when they were done. I highly recommend them."

"Harry and his team did high quality professional work and completed my gutter installation and repair project in time before the spring rains! He explained everything in advance and performed the work efficiently. He cleaned up the site and no debris was left behind. I highly recommend Home IQ and would use them again!! Thanks Harry!"

"Jose did an excellent job installing my roof , and gutters I will be using him on all my upcoming projects"

"I had some missing shingles that was exacerbated by a recent wind storm. Every day I seem to have more shingles on the ground than on the roof. I wasn't sure how bad the issue was, so I came on Angie's list to find a roofing professional to take a look. I decided to give Maxon a call since they're reviews indicated that they were good, and most of all, fair. I gave Mumtaz a call from my office on Thursday morning about 9am, by the afternoon he was on my roof doing an assessment. I wasn't at home at the time, so he sent me pictures and gave me an estimate. I felt comfortable with price he quoted, so I asked him if he could start the next day, which he was able accommodate. He said that they'd start at 8:30am, and at 8:30am he was at my door. The job was initially for the shingles, but he included a slew of extras (some I requested, some I didn't) for only a little more. They not only fix the many missing shingles, but did a full check of the entire roof and secured portions in need of attention. They cleaned out my gutters and affix them securely to the roof as the last roofing contractors did a poor job in this area. They noticed cracking in my chimney and addressed the most problematic crack, but he advised that I should address the full chimney in the near future. He also had his guys seal some other areas for me (not on the roof) free of charge. The thing that I respect the most about Mumtaz is his honesty. He checked my garage roof after I mentioned an issue with a tree's limbs causing damage. Although he gave me a quote for the work with the tree and roof, he was honest and said that I'd have the same problem next year, and not to spend the money to fix the roof until I address the entire tree. Most contractors would have taken the money and wait for my call again in a year. He also was honest about other aspects of the condition of my roof and chimney, which makes me confident to trust his word. Finding honest good contractors isn't easy, so I'm glad that I can vouch for this company, to help others have as good experience as I did."

"Sergio and his workers were prompt and did an excellent job of procuring and installing new gutters and leaders on my home. One small problem was fixed very soon after I called. Sergio's expertise helped in deciding exactly what was necessary and what was not. Very happy with price and finished project."

"Quick, clean, and affordable! Original GS Contracting came out to fix my gutter and had everything done the same day. No hassle, no upselling, just solid, honest work. Highly recommend if you?re looking for reliable service on a budget."

"Professional & timely estimate by owner. They addressed my questions professionally. The quote was fair, thorough, and within my budget. All work was completed on time. The owner was on the job during installation. No problems during any phase. The crew also did a great job installing Xtreme Gutter Guards. These were higher rated for leaf and snow / ice build up versus the gutter guards suggested by other two gutter installation company's I received quotes from. We have had rain storms, high winds, and falling leaves since installation was completed. The gutters, downspouts, and leaf guards are working great. I would use David and A1 Affordable Seamless Gutters again, and recommend them after using their services.
