"New Image Remodel is great to work w/ from the very beginning. Mark and his team were very transparent and great communicators from the quote, until the job ended. We had COVID to deal with as well and despite that added challenge, things were still completed pretty smoothly. If there was a hiccup, Mark and his team were open to change/ideas and then executed accordingly. I would not expect the lowest quote/bid from New Image remodel, but I'd expect a very fair and high value job, well done! I would not hesitate to recommend NIR to anyone who asks. I think it's important to note that we've now used this company on two different jobs, 10 years apart. "Reasonably priced and quality work. We had to have a supporting wall removed to enlarge a children's classroom at our church. This project had to be done so we would be able to use the classroom the following Sunday. J&M came in and removed the wall, installed a support beam, and finished the project so the two rooms looked like they had always been a single room. "I received quotes from multiple companies and they were all comparable. All other companies spent approx 45 min looking at the house and taking measurements. Ayes spent 4 hours total at my home. Very comprehensive, professional and knowledgeable. My home required 21 Helix Piers which are much preferred to Push Piers. Matt was my contact person, Evan was on site. Just an excellent job all round. Evan team hit a main water pipe which caused a small leak in the basement. Matt drove 90 min to my home at 9pm arriving at 10.30 pm to ensure me they would fix the problem. The local water dept turned off the water, Matt spoke with them and had the bill taken care of. The next morning the pipe was repaired and we were off and running. Matt did not leave my home until after 11pm and a 90 min drive home. That is what I call customer service.
