"Garage door replaced last November. Arrived on time and was happy with completed work. Was advised of how to maintain garage door and parts. New door is great!"

"I didn't use Champion Garage Doors. I used another AL-recommended vendor, who did a GREAT job. I am NOT giving Champion a bad review, I just didn't work with them, and I know nothing about them."

"My garage door would not close and was stuck open with both cables on either side of the door unspooled from the drum and essentially locking the door at 3ft open. I used Angi to look up nearby contractors and A1 came up. They contacted me very quickly and when I acknowledged I needed service, they were on site within the hour! The end result is that they repaired my issue so that I can use the door again. To get to that point - they walked me through what they planned to do. Midway through the repair, they did ask to meet with me to recommend fully replacing all bars, springs, cables and tracks (for about $1600-$1800), but I declined as I was not ready to make that large a decision and may want to change the garage door in the future. There was a bit of back and forth on whether they would tighten the springs which were insufficiently wound, but they did in the end. I would work with them again. I'd prefer full discussion on what they can do to finish the requested job first."

"I thought the garage door opener would have a "light when it opens" but did not and i was not told before purchase, i thought it would obviously have "two remote openers" but it did not an extra charge and i was not told ahead of time, one of the "upper supporting brackets" for the new garage door opener replacement did not match and one was added for extra money and i was not told ahead of time, i miss the missing light every time i open the garage door, if the representative would have told me then i would have paid more money for a better model"

"I needed to replace two aging overhead garage doors. Tom answered my online request promptly and came to my house the next day. He went over all the options on door styles, windows, insulation and how they would do the work. We even found a color that matched my trim exactly. His guys came out the following week and installed the doors. Tom came out near the end of the job to inspect and make sure I was satisfied. They did a great job and at a good price."

"Garage Door for Less was priced right. They sent a man out within a few hours of my call for help. Amar was friendly, efficient, Conscientious, and a hard worker. Besides replacing the spring he performed some preventative maintenance; pointing out and replacing worn out bearings and lubricating the tracks and moveable parts,"

"They are very friendly customer first oriented company, our service repair rep went out of his way to give us the most cost effective solution possible to solve our garage door opener problem. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family."

"I called Jeff in the morning about our broken garage door. We thought we knew what the problem was and Jeff was able to confirm it over the phone by telling me what it (the problem) , would look like to us. He told me how much it would cost and that he would be available later in the day and gave me an approximate time. He also promised to call when he left the job previous to ours so I would know exactly when he was coming and he did just that. He finished his work in less than 30 minutes and the price was exactly as quoted. He was professional and kind and worked in sub-zero temps without complaint! I would absolutely recommend this company and I would also use them again if needed."

"They did not color match my wall well and it looked like my wall has an infection.    They tried to repair, but it still does not look great.   If I would have known they had trouble matching colors I would have sat out there and picked the brick to replace in the wall.

"Daniel did an excellent job on both the kitchen floor and door. I wouldn't hesitate to ask them to do other repairs or to recommend them to others."
