When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

"I could not speak more highly of our experience with Spartan. We had roughly 10 contractors come through to bid on our kitchen remodel and Mike (owner) was the obvious choice for us. He was reasonably priced, knowledgable, easily accessible and an all around great guy. He worked with us for months prior to the start of our project. He had all of his subs and project manager come through our house to help guide us through the process of our project. Once our project started, our project manager, Mark, was a wealth of knowledge and incredibly talented. We actually nicknamed him "The Details Guy". The entire teamed cared about our project and put a tremendous amount of time and energy into it. Mike has amazing subs that work with him. Everyone that came through our house over a 4 month period (actual project time) was professional, friendly, trust worthy and hard working. We ended up with a full kitchen model, added on a mudroom which required foundation work. We also added a deck off of our new back entrance. We are thrilled with the results. We got exactly what we wished for and were completely within our budget. We would and WILL absolutely use Spartan for all of our future projects. These guys are great!"

"John came out and did an initial estimate of the work I wanted done.  He was very professional and gave me some ideas on how to deal with some other projects I need done.  The day the work was scheduled to be done he was here on time, completed the work and made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done.  He hauled everything that needed to be thrown out to the dumpster.

All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. Overall, we're beyond pleased with the results. Before we hired PROFI LLC, we had most of our kitchen remodeled (new counter top, cabinetry, appliances, but same floor tiling). "Overall, I really enjoyed working with Great Lakes. I had the same two guys come out and install my bathroom (Hassan and Mike). The remodel took 3 days. They were professional and courteous; on time and cleaned up the area every night. Hassan kept me in the loop for changes and asked for my opinions when it came to placing certain pieces in the shower. My only complaint would be in communication between Great Lakes home office. After my consultation, I was told I would receive samples of the vanity color and countertop (for painting) which didn't happen & the person I was to contact had left the company so my emails were not getting through and I had to contact the office and explain my issue. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends."

"Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."

"I hired Twin City Home Services to tear down a wall, correct plumbing/electrical in my kitchen, and upgrade a custom workspace desk. All the work was expertly done on a timely basis. I really can't say enough good things about TCHS. Easily a 10/10. My house is older and has some unique features and they adapted and corrected. TCHS was reasonably priced and HONEST. I had some scope changes where they could have taken advantage but did not. I recommend TCHS for most projects. I'll never call anyone else."
