"<p>Good customer service and very responsive to email questions throughout the project.  We had an early surprise at the start of the project, not to vendor's doing, and they were very responsive in identifying a solution and cost.  We added a few things along the way and again they were very responsive in giving us a price and timing.  We had problems with a consistent finish on the new wood flooring and while I would have preferred a faster response to correct the problem I know that it is not always that simple when working with subcontractors and their schedule.  The 'quality' of the work is truly the best and I would hire Craftsman Renovations for future projects.</p> <br />"

When I was getting quotes from companies, Mike went into the most detail and made it clear that he would consider all aspects of the project. He priced out a few options so I could see what each addition would cost in making my decision. Once the project started, the employees I encountered were professional and clearly took pride in doing their work well. Mike communicated frequently to update me on the next steps. The end result surpassed my expectations!"

All contractors were excellent, professional and on the job as promised and any questions were answered promptly. Everything that was promised, was delivered. A pleasure to have them in my home. 5 years later, there have been no problems. Bernie is always available to answer any questions. The workers skillfully and efficiently installed our marble subway tiles and politely checked in with us while working to confirm our expectations for the installation. "Steve and his team did an amazing job on our two bathrooms. One was completely gutted and we got a new, level floor; bigger shower; custom made cabinetry and all new plumbing...all in a small space. The other got a new floor, new custom cabinetry and new plumbing and countertop. Steve has high standards which stretched our budget to the max but in the end it was all worth it. He is excellent at communicating and getting back to us quickly when we had concerns or questions. If any little thing was not done right, he would send someone back to fix it (even one year later with a small crack that developed in some caulking.) 1.5 years later we are still thrilled with our bathrooms. We didn't know exactly what we wanted but he helped us think through design possibilities as well. Thank you, Steve and team! p.s. it took a little longer than we expected and there were bumps in the road but isn't that the way it always happens with remodeling? Bottom line....we are so happy with the results."

"It went great. The biggest mistake I made in this kitchen remodel was not to call Spartan first. I called just to have existing cabinets installed. Most companies scoffed or didn't seem interested. Mike came over right away assigned his cabinet maker to the project and ended finishing the rest of the project including floor, trim, countertops and glass tile. They finished the project off nicely. They will be my company for any other work I will be doing over the next few years."
