"A very professional job of removing old 4 x 8 panels and installing new vinyl siding, fascia and soffits was completed by Buck Christensen of Eagle Siding, Inc. In spring/summer 2023, we obtained 4 bids for the project, not only for the cost difference, but also to determine who we would have a good working relationship with. Buck was very knowledgeable, kept all appointments, answered all our questions, and always got back to us in a timely manner. This was not the case with some of the companies. Surprisingly, the estimates were all close, but the decision was an easy one for us, and we were not disappointed. We are very happy with the completed project. "We had 3 companies come out to bid our home exterior project. We are very happy we went with Capital to replace our roof, siding and windows. Jeff and Danny were great to work with. They took a lot of time with us at the initial meeting to answer all our questions and give us suggestions for our work. "Mike and his crew spent approximately 5 months working on multiple areas in and around our home. We added a third stall garage and mudroom/laundry room to the first floor, we added a basement bathroom, remodeled a 4 season porch to use year around as an additional main floor living space, bumped out a small second floor bedroom to add an additional bathroom and larger bedroom to make a master bedroom and en suite bathroom and finally a new 6 foot cedar fence to keep the dogs in our yard. Mike was quick and responsive to our initial meetings, questions, ideas and budget. He was able to creatively rethink the layouts of several of our rooms to keep our budget in check and still give us everything we were wanting. As the owner and general contractor, Mike kept all of his crew moving, supplies delivered and his several sub contractors on time. Mike and his crew are full service...they can frame up, handle tree work, install doors & windows, install siding, install cedar fencing, lay tile, sheetrock, paint, complete finishing work, etc. Mike was able to get our foundation work completed in October so his crew could work all winter long rather than waiting 9 months to start due to our freezing winter temps. We had a standing weekly appointment, at our home, to go over the progress, answer our questions and talk about next steps. Keeping the lines of communication open was huge considering we had no idea how much knowledge and work was necessary for the size of job they were working on. Mike's crew dealt with our 2 dogs during the day and 5 people attempting to live in the construction areas while they worked! We were very pleased with Mike and his crew. We will immediately turn to Higgins Construction when we have any additional renovation/construction needs."

I was told my contract was *all inclusive* when I signed, yet my drip edges were not replaced and then I was told that they were not in the contract. Then my gutters needed an additional 25 that was not in the contract. An additional $250 later, and all was done. No concessions, no apologies for their mistakes."
