"Guy is amazing! He came to remove some cabinets and install new appliances and wound up helping me for the next four weeks. He’s installed water lines, gas lines, moved electrical outlets, installed all new receptacles in the house, installed new light fixtures, did drywall repairs, painted, stained, fixed the doors twice after the movers broke them, moved appliances, fixed the shower, removed moss from the roof and cleaned it, installed new light switches, installed exterior lights, chalked all the windows, hung new blinds, installed new flooring and molding, installed new sink vanity and faucet, replaced all the water shut off valves in the bathroom and kitchen and is doing a small remodel in the kitchen (new countertops, backsplash, sink and upgrading the cabinets). Guy can do it all! He is easy going, hard working, knowledgeable, very fairly priced, communicative and talented. Hire Guy. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Easy to work with. Excellent quality workmanship & work ethic. Flexible in schedule as was I, so we got on VERY well. Always felt safe & comfortable with them in & around my home - not a shady char. in the bunch! They even handled a few little "side job" repairs at very reasonable price. I was delighted to learn they do more than just decks, so I will be hiring them again for some future projects I have in mind. Was happy to find somebody who considered my budget as well as his own. Also very pleased that they kept their work area cleaned at the end of each day, & minimized any damage to my yard/landscaping. Also noted they followed safety rules for my protection as well as their own. I can't say enough good things about this group. Actually I thought I did say al these good things about Bear Builders right after they finished up last fall, but I guess my customer review must have gotten eaten by the "cyber zombies" or otherwise disappeared. In short, I don't see how you can go wrong if you hire Bear Builders for things in their repertory of services. I am very happy to have found somebody as easy to work with like Bear Builders."

"Customer Service was excellent from Adam of Painter1. He did everything he could to help us get what we wanted. He even changed the schedule when we, due to our own error, needed to choose a different color that originally chosen. Adam got the painters the special equipment they needed and even sent over an experienced painter to help them with some advice. The only problem I had was that the paint crew. Though as friendly and accommodating as they could be, it was obvious that they did not have much experience with professional exterior painting. With more experience and some apprenticeship with professional painters, I am sure they can reach a professional level if they stick to it. They did the best they could with the experience they had but for the price I had expected a crew of one or two very professional painters who could have finished in half the time. I would contact Painter1 next time I need painting done but would put in a requirement for the painter(s) to be experienced professionals."
