This was a great experience from start to finish.  Sue braved a snow storm on my day off for a consultation.  She is very knowledgeable and knew what my family needed in terms of our laminate and carpet.  The price also fit within our budget.

Joe and his team installed our laminate and it came out fantastic.  Same for Tony who installed our carpeting.  They are true craftsmen and know exactly what they are doing which is sometimes hard to find.  They also easily navigated around our furniture. 

If you are reading this review, stop your search and use Carpet and Flooring Centers :-)

"From demo to install the workmanship was top shelf. Th crew they used never stopped working from the moment they arrived. They worked neatly with very little debris, there install was meticulous and there precision cutting and trim out was perfect. There owner stopped by my home and made sure his job was going well and was very personable. This is the second time I used them ,first time was to re-finish floors and second time to install floors. "There was some fine print about only one color allowed for special deal, which precluded doing ceiling or doors or trim for special price. The provider was willing to negotiate and we were able to strike a deal to complete the areas we needed(though some will take place at a later date) Overall very satisfied with quality of the work done so far and look forward to completing the small areas still left."

"I was very impressed with this company. We had said when we scheduled the appointment that we absolutely positively needed the carpet installed within two days. We were on a very tight time table: closing on Tuesday afternoon, needed carpet installed on Weds, and then receive furniture from storage on Thursday. There was no room for error.
When the owner came to meet me the evening, right after we closed on the apartment (not Mike but his partner), he brought a selection of carpets that he said he had in stock and were available for installation the next day. All I had to do was say the word and he would be there at a specific time. If I have any complaint, it is that the selection was rather limited, but then again, beggars can't be choosers. So, I picked the color and quality we wanted. He measured. I wrote a check and told him I would tell him what time to come the next day.
Though there was a little confusion over who said what about the time of delivery (they showed up essentially before I had called to say I was ready), the installation went off without a hitch and it took a LONG time, too. I don't know if it had to do with the odor remediation or the install itself, but for whatever reason, the installers were there into the evening. Nonetheless , they did an awesome job and the carpet looks great.
I would totally use them again, though I hope this carpet lasts for a very long time. So far, I see no signs that it won't.
