"The company charged $4000 for a pop-up drainage system to prevent flooding in my stand-alone backyard office. When heavy rain came, it was apparent that the system in place was not working, and despite multiple emails, no one responded for six months. When they did, they sent workers out to do the same job that was already done. They also told me that the system in place would not work and should never have been placed and in the end, recommended I hire an irrigation company, stating that they are not an irrigation company and, when asked about a partial refund since the system placed did not work, they refused. In short, I cannot recommend this company. Poor work, poor customer service."

"Best Sod vendor in TV. Do you need high quality St. Augustine Sod? Call Codys Sod and Landscaping… I am glad I did. Service and communication were both excellent. I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. They said it was cut that morning. This is a review from a happy paying customer trying to share with my neighbors a great contractor you can rely on that has a high-quality product. Hard to find. "I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. Again, I highly recommend Dalton and Zach for all of your exterior needs."
