When the job before mine went long (unexpected repairs under the shingles), they informed me right away and updated my start date. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. They cleaned up at the end of each day so there was never any debris left in my yard. They got the job done in the time they said they would and for the price they quoted. In fact, since they had quoted including some possible repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, I ended up paying a little less than the quoted price! (Understanding it could have been more if I'd needed more repairs than they'd quoted for.) In all, I found them reliable, trustworthy, and highly professional. I would absolutely hire them again. "Ricardo and his team are the best! We originally hired them to clean the moss off our roof. They were the only ones who got on the roof before providing a quote which was lower than all of the others we received. Ricardo took pictures to show us what was going on up there. After cleaning the roof he let us know about concerns they encountered while doing the job. He gave us his opinion and some options which included repairing the roof or replacing it along with the pros/cons of each. After they finished cleaning the roof we hired them to replace part of our fence. Once again, excellent job! A few months later we contacted Ricardo for quotes to repair or replace the roof. He once again provided us with fair quotes. We decided to replace the roof and Ricardo and his team started the job the next day. Once the shingles came off, the team found that some of the plywood needed to be replaced and most of what was up there wasnâ t nailed down properly. Ricardo kept us informed about other things they encountered and provided pictures and recommendations along the way. We really appreciated the thoroughness of the job they did and their attention to details. We are positive Ricardo and his team have saved us money in the long run. His team removed the old skylight, sealed and shingled the opening in the roof and even patched and textured the hole in the inside kitchen ceiling. The work was completed on budget and took less time than was expected. The only catch was that the work had to be rescheduled once due to rain. But hey, this is Oregon."
