"Pfeifer Roofing is courteous, professional and prompt. They provided a free evaluation of my roof, showed samples of the products they use and pamphlets for their policies and products. The free estimate provided various options for next steps. The installation foreman and crew itself were thorough and communicated with me multiple times during the four-day install, sharing their noticings while working and asking me for my input and preferences. They worked hard to clean up after each day, and the final result is amazing. I certainly recommend their service."

"Roof Tek came out quickly, gave an estimate for the work on the spot and then repaired the day after we called to hire them. They located the source for our leak which was the kitchen exhaust fan and not really the roof itself. They also sealed up some other vents on the roof, cleared out our gutters and added moss treatment while they were up there too. They got the work done right before some really bad weather so, we really appreciated them fitting us in and the icy weather the following week tested their work! I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

When the job before mine went long (unexpected repairs under the shingles), they informed me right away and updated my start date. The crew was friendly, efficient, and professional. In fact, since they had quoted including some possible repairs that turned out to be unnecessary, I ended up paying a little less than the quoted price! "I was initially planning on an addition to my 10 yr old house. As the existing attic space was evaluated, the contractor found that I actually had a hole in my roof and the initial roofing work had been subpar. The defects were explained and I could see I really needed a whole new roof. I was given choices of shingles and learned about a new product that helps to prevent moss growth on the roof. The roofers worked together and very efficiently. Also the work was done with care as to not damage my gardens. They cleaned the area up nicely at the end of the day. My neighbor noticed my roof and asked if my contractor would evaluate his roof. The contractor did so that day. He also had his roof replaced right after mine. So nice we received our new roofs right before the fall through spring rain started. This company besides doing excellent work definitely pays attention to the smallest details, listens attentively to how you expected the project to turn out and were very kind. Pat."

His team removed the old skylight, sealed and shingled the opening in the roof and even patched and textured the hole in the inside kitchen ceiling. "Miguel was very quite and polite. There was absolutely no pressure or attempt to beguile me into a deeper project. His crew was respectful as well. They played their music at a low volume not disrupting myself or neighbors. This has been a problem with other work crews in my neighborhood. Miguel did exactly what he said he would do. He even installed 2 new roof vents for no additional cost. He was on schedule and was successfully in and out of the project. He did not claim to know it all yet had the confidence as some one who does. My snap shot of him was a very polite, professional, well manner, and balanced individual. The roof repair he and his crew did tied into the existing roof as if there had been no damage to begin with. Other roofers tried to sell me an entire roof replacement. Me, knowing what I know, knew this to be false. People, what I have said here is true. A very reputable roofing company tried to sell me an entire teardown and replacement. They could not guarantee that their crew was good enough to repair 3 areas without potential leaking. This was astonishing to me. Miguel and his crew came in and did what I knew could be done. They did it professionally, honestly, and reasonably priced. He killed me with love but backed it up with a job well done. This is the first review iv"e ever written.
