"Appointment was made for 0900. After calling them at 0930, they finally showed up at about 0950. About 10 or 15 minutes of checking out the washer and telling me it must be the electronic board and there was nothing they could do for me unless I wanted to shell out mega bucks for a new board. I was then told it would cost $99.00. The tech was very nice and explained what he was doing and it was obvious to me he felt very bad when he told me their minimum call price was 99 dollars. I have no issue with paying for them to come look, but you would think they would have a sliding fee scale for 15 minutes. Anyway, I will do some checking around first before calling Mike's Appliance again."

"Very well. He helped me repack frozen food into coolers and checked for thermostat at his shop. He repaired it the same day and I was able to save thawing food. The dishwasher problem occurred several days later and he came out and pulled a computer code. It was determined that to replace the circuit panel would cost more than the dishwasher was worth so no repair."
