"From the quote to the follow up I was so happy with the entire process. The work is not contracted out. It was done by the family who owns the company and their employees. They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. "I am very pleased with the outcome. This was a rush job to meet demands from my insurance company to install hand rails. All things considered it went very well. There was a unexpected week of "radio silence" that was a little unnerving while I was trying to keep my insurance company up to date on progress. It turns out Matt was on vacation and away from the office which would have been good to know._I was also a little surprised when one day they were installed with no warning. I would have liked to have approved them before they were permanently installed. However, I was ultimately very pleased and he met the deadline required by my insurance company."

The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."

"lIvaldo, as well as his staff are  punctual and professional. The work was always of good quality and was done on time. The work site at the end of the day was never left dirty. The guys would always clean up. We don't live in the wealthiest part of Newton and so are always on lookout for  services that have great value. Ivaldo and his company provides such service.  In addition to services provided Ivaldo was always happy to give a re-modeling advise or provide any other suggestions that would later prove useful.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"
