"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"I frequently saw the Twins Lawn vehicles in my neighborhood and began to notice the landscaping of the homes that they were servicing. The lawns were beautiful and well manicured so I gave them a call. After looking over their proposal I decided to not only hire them for my home but for my parents as well. They had the best prices around too. I have not been disappointed. The Twins crew are professional and they know how to maintain a yard. They did spring clean up at both houses and did a fantastic job. I cant wait to see how the fall clean up goes. They weeded my yard and put down mulch which was such a relief for me with my crazy schedule. It was nice to be able to not worry about weeds and enjoy sitting outdoors. I have called the office with questions on a few occasions and they have been answered with professionalism and respect.
