"The technician, Hugo, found that my daughter had blown a bathroom fuse. He swapped out the fuse for one that was working and then offered to buy a couple of packs of replacements, to which I agreed. He also suggested that the garage panel be replaced and told me what the probable cost would be. I was grateful for the information and for the creativity with which he approached the problem."

"I had an excellent experience with Stephanie, Tim, and Spencer during the installation of my mini split system. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly and communicative. "My solar inverter stopped working in my existing solar system, and since my original installer went out of business, I had a hard time finding someone to replace the inverter provided by SolarEdge. It was a small job, and most large companies weren’t interested, while those willing to help were booked out for at least a couple of months. I contacted Justin, and he replaced the inverter within just a few days. He was very friendly, efficient, and offered a very reasonable price. Justin was also extremely knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and kept me updated throughout the process. He arrived on time, completed the work neatly, and made sure the system was running perfectly before leaving. Overall, his professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction made the whole experience stress-free and smooth."
