"TJ installed three exterior doors in the house I recently moved to. We were suspicious of a lot of rot under the doors, especially the large front door, and wanted to make sure new doors were not just installed, but the entire framing repaired and replaced before new doors went in. TJ measured everything before his estimate (which was highly detailed and accurate) and came back to confirm measurements before ordering materials. He completed the work in the exact timeline he had given us, and was great at communicating over text and phone calls. He found and repaired the rot under the front door, and then repaired and installed two normal sized exterior doors, including our basement door which was a mess to begin with. TJ also had to deal with some not-so-great flooring installation from the previous owners, and he made it work. The floor looks great, you could never tell there was a 3ft by 5ft section removed and repaired just a day before. With TJ's help, we were able to custom order the exact door style we wanted, and he helped us with some design and materials choices. The house has been given an incredible facelift, and I feel so much better knowing the doors are safe and sturdy. TJ was extremely courteous and thoughtful in his work. He left the work area and property looking immaculate each day he worked with us. He was also very conscientious with our dog, which I appreciated. I have received massive compliments on all the doors, and will be working with TJ again for our deck this summer. We signed the contract with confidence and excitement because TJ's results are very professional and will certainly last a lifetime."

"Amazing! This is the second time I've used Daddy & Junior Paint and I am once again happy. The first project he did for me was a small job. Some ceiling repair and painting and I was very happy with the work he did so reached out to him for a much bigger project. Roldolfo removed a ceiling that had been ruined by a leaky roof and took the paneling off of the walls in a large space (approximately 700 SF). He then resheetrocked everything, mudded, painted and did the trim and crown molding. It came out beautiful. The space looks so much better than it did before. Much cleaner and the space actually looks bigger! Very happy and will gladly hire again for future projects."

As the SOW changed, Brandon continuously updated the document. He saved us some money numerous times as portions of the SOW were deemed unnecessary by either him or us. That is rare. "Gabe Arsenault and his team of painters arrived each day that we expected them, on time, and worked all day long sanding, repairing, and prepping our house, getting it ready to paint.  Gabe explained everything to us, giving us his professional advice on what absolutely had to be done to correctly prepare the house for paint (replace rotted wood and such).  His color scheme advice proved to be invaluable as the color scheme we chose could not have compared to what he "knew" to be the best choice.  Our newly painted home looks amazing!  So amazing, that I sit in my driveway and admire it before I go inside!   My mother used Gabe before us to paint her house, and her house too, was prepared and painted beautifully.  I cannot say enough about Gabe Arsenault  and his painters...simply the best!

"Thiago was prompt and professional. I hired Radiant Plus to paint bathroom trim and a bedroom and had them come back to paint the living room. The price was very reasonable but the work ranged from exceptional to fair which I attribute to the individual that was painting the specific area/room as there were multiple people. The bedroom was painted very well however, there was a large mark on the wall of the bathroom where the painter had hit the tan wall with the white trim paint. There were a couple other area's where the work was visibly not done as well as other area's. To be fair to Thiago and Radiant Plus, I did not contact them to discuss these issues which he may have fixed had I contacted him. I would hire the company again but would do a thorough inspection of the work."
