"They were very good with initial response, estimate, and install date. The quality of the install was mediocre; attention to detail, not so much. They did not worry too much about cleanup after the job, several examples of that; I have un-removable black goo on my driveway. There was supposed to be a two week follow-up visit and I was going to address some of my questions and issues then but was scheduled twice and did not occur either time, no call no show the second time. I realize this all occurred during a peak time of year. The unit does work without difficulty and we are happy to have HVAC but I will probably go with another company for service and maintenance.

I had a tenant call me about garbage disposal issues and needed the plumbing fixed.  I found Jesse Jent was located witihin 5 miles of our rental property and decided to give him a call.  He was quick to respond and managed to work with me on the approximate time he would be available.  He was able to fix the disposal unit and in addition cleared out a clogged drain in the bathroom for our tenants.  His fee was very reasonable considering his flexibility and response time.  Definitely will hire him again in the future.

"It went well. They gave me a fair estimate and went above and beyond what I expected. Instead of just replacing the pipe for the spigot he rerouted it some to be more esthetically pleasing. When they turned one of my closets into a desk/workspace he ran a line for an outlet into the closet so we didn’t have to have the cords hanging everywhere or have to bend under the desk to plug something in. They cleaned up after the jobs and it was like they were never there. (Aside from the work being done)"
