However, I only give 3 stars because we spoke to them about obtaining a W-9 from the company for tax purposes being that the property that was repaired is a rental property. They agreed to provide the form but never did. This was the first time we have dealt with a company that didn't want to provide a W-9. Disappointed and I do not recommend."

He helped me navigate the roof process and never once seemed annoyed or pushy when it came to signing the contract or on what I should install. Instead of bashing competitors like so many others do he kept it straight to the facts of what HE would be doing. He went out of his way to help me submit my original roof for warranty because of defective shingles.
