"Windlickers did an excellent job! Mike actually called us back, He showes up on time, and he has the habit of returning phone calls and texts. We needed a new roof and we were hoping to wait until the spring but we had a difficult repair by the chimney. The leak was getting worse and Mike came by to repair it so we could hold off on a new roof. The repair didn't work, and Mike came back to try again. The second repair didn't work either so we couldn't hold off until spring. It was one week before Christmas and cold. Mike worked magic and got his crew and materials together in a few days. The crew arrived on a cold day, did a complete tear off, built a "cricket" so the chimney would never leak again, and cleaned up beautifully. Mike was here the day of the install to make sure everything went as planned. We were very impressed. Mike kept in touch even though the repair didn't work and he made sure the problem was fixed. He was great to work with, very professional, he answered all of our questions, and was patient and fun. We are perfectionists and Windlickers did a fantastic job!"
