The old deck railings needed replacement. When they were removed the aluminum covered facia boards were found to be rotten; EXACT EXTERIOR & INTERIOR REMODELING INC to the rescue. The crew replaced the old facia boards, covered the new boards with colored matched aluminum, patched the rubber roof, installed the vertical railing posts and term bar. WELL DONE!!! Also the deck patio door required replacement. It was completed with craftsmanship and care. It's great to enjoy a breeze now through the new screen door. Everything was cleaned up with accuracy and precision. I would highly recommend EXACT EXTERIOR & INTERIOR REMODELING INC"

"Recommended to us by our boiler service. They were very nice on the phone. Talked with my wife and answered all our questions. They were very responsive and got a new "short unit" installed for us in a couple of days. The installation looks clean and professional. They also installed new ducting to the chimney vent. Every water heated I have ever had just plain fails and you have no warning usually so shopping for a new one can be a pain. This was easy as it could be."
