"The Bosch website does not list a repair person in the Denver area for water heaters. I got Herrera Heating's number from a place in denver that repairs other Bosch appliances but not water heaters. Mike was very timely in setting up the appointment day and a one hour time frame (between 9:00 and 10:00) A little before 9:00 he called with a more specific time within that hour and showed up right on time. The Bosch is a pretty high tec unit. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it it very reasonable time. The problem he diagnosed was P1 and P2 fan speeds were not set correctly. There were some problems getting into the integral program to do adjustments to the unit, but a phone contact with Bosch USA service clarified the confusing directions and the proper adjustments were made no problem. The cost to me was about $200. I had visions of having to replace a 2 year old $1000 water heater so I was delighted to get it fixed for what I consider to be a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Mike and Herrera Heating. I will call them the next time any HVAC problem arises."
