Small jobs welcome

"We thought we had an issue with the plumbing inside the house and it turned out to be a broken sewer line outside of the house. Obviously, a major issue and No Limits Plumbing and Drains took care of everything and communicated well, especially since they were having to communicate with multiple people. Once the sewer line was replaced, we have a few small odds and ends jobs that they took care of just as quickly and efficiently. They were great for both large jobs and small jobs!"

"Highly recommended!!! Very impressed with quality of work, timeliness, and cost/value. Read on if you want our story. We had a main sewer line backup and flooding in basement on Saturday evening. Typically this result's in a client calling the first Google/Yelp plumber with decent reviews and having an 'emergency' house call. Plumber vacuums up the flood and clears the sewer line. After sending the camera down the line they tell you there are major issues (which you may already know about). Plumber says they have a crew that can fix issue tomorrow, just sign here. You panic and sign the contract. A less panicked approach: 1. Every house should have a wet/vac (~$100). 2. Every house should have flood monitor near floor drains (~$15) 3. Vacuum up initial flooding yourself. Free standing fans help dry floors. 4. Reduce water usage (no washing machine/dishwasher/disposal), quick showers. 5. Make sure flood monitors are in place and have wet/vac ready if needed 6. You can probably go a few days without further flooding, allowing time to collect/evaluate multiple project bids. 7. We have an older house with known sewer issues and decided it was time to install a 2-way cleanout and have the whole sewer line hydro jetted (basic high pressure water blowout). 8. Submitted request on HomeAdvisor on Sunday morning and had 4 plumbing companies call within 30 minutes. Set up appointments for Sunday with all four companies. 9. Bottom line: While all the companies submitting bids were responsive and courteous, each company was pretty aggressive about saying they had the best price and can start immediately for a slight discount. RooterGuy's bid for the same work was 50% less than 2 other companies and 30% less than a haggled quote from 3rd company. RooterGuy was quick, courteous, on time, transparent, and did a great job. They started Monday morning and we were operational by mid-afternoon Monday. Hydrojetting and full camera scope was completed Tuesday morning. We will use RooterGuy for future plumbing issues."

"I hired GoldStar to replace the main sewer pipe two weeks ago. I am very impressed by the excellent customer service I received. After I talked to Tran, he did an accurate measurement in a day or two and provided a very reasonable quote. Once I gave the green light to proceed, he got the work scheduled and coordinated with the two inspectors required for the project. Although there was something unplanned like any project that happened onsite, the worker told me honestly, and Tran took care of it without fuss. The payment options are very smooth as well. The quality looks good from the layman's eye. I trust the inspectors did their job to validate. More importantly, I am glad GoldStar does it. The bottom line: if you need an honest contractor to do a similar job, I highly recommend GoldStar."

"There were traffic and accidents so he came after the scheduled appointment time by about 20 minutes. He kept having to leave to get more tools. At one point there was a young woman in his van just sitting there in my culdesac for at least half an hour while he worked. He let my glass front door slam shut each time he came in or out. At one point the handle fell off, which it often does, but he jammed it back together improperly so my husband and I had to pry that apart to be able to put it back on so that our door would close again. He left the parts that he cut out of the main line in our basement instead of taking them out with him when we actually had a dumpster in the driveway that he could have easily used. He didn't introduce himself or who he was with when he came up. My husband opened the door and said hi, this guy said hi, and then he asked to see where the back up was. He said that our main line inside our house needed to be replaced so we're getting a second opinion on that but the line is no longer backing up into the bathroom or the basement so he did do what he needed to for the call but I wish he had cleaned up after himself. He also parked improperly, sticking out from our driveway for the whole time he was here when he should have parked against the curb so as not to block any of my neighbors. No one had trouble getting in or out that I've been told but there was no reason for him to park like that when there was space available."

"In 2 days I had absolute out for a/c problem and to install a new attic fan system. Hector, Jovanny were the 2 main contacts for the projects. Very professional, explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had. Will definitely use absolute again."

"David was fantastic. Highly recommend! He was very personable, genuine and clearly interested in what was best for us today and for a future preventative plan. We bought our house a year ago and the inspector recommended an annual sewer cleaning to make sure that roots hadn't worked their way further into our clay sewer line. David sent a line down and suggested that we check it again next year but then could potentially go to every other year just to stay on top of it and keep it cleaned out. David said this was his Dad's business. We like supporting a small family owned business with great customer service."

"Chester was great. It wasn't a great day for getting around town, it was Denver's worst snow day of the season, roads were bad and most of the schools had closed. We had a clogged drain and couldn't run water down the kitchen sink or do laundry, dishes were piling up. We had tried commercial products and attempted to snake the line ourselves, but without success. It was time to throw the towl in and call a professional. A quick search of "Nextdoor" (neighborhood social network site) and I found a few good reviews of Chester with A & M Sewer Service. A call to Chester and he was willing to rearrange his day so he could make a service call. Although the roads were bad, he showed up ontime and fixed the problem in a reasonalble amount of time for a fair price. I'm definitely hanging onto Chester's business card just in case I need sewer work again in the future. <br />"
