"I hired Reese Windows and Doors to replace 11 windows and 2 doors on my 62 year old home in Cape Coral. They did this in one day and I could not be happier. The three gentlemen they sent were polite and accommodating but far more important they knew exactly what they were doing. The work was done neatly and very professionally. Their window are beautiful, easy to use and guaranteed for life. I do not need to do any paint touch up outside or inside. All debris from the work was completely removed. "Ed and his wife, Amy, were professional and excellent throughout the 5 day process of painting my condo. Their work displays their Christian integrity. Amy performed exquisite trim work without the use of extensive preparation aids and Ed completed the remainder of the work. Although my condo is small, it involved incredibly, detailed work. Ed took my louvered closet doors outside and spray painted them with two coats of paint. All doors received primer and then the finish coat of paint. All work was performed with care for my belongings and no paint was splattered. They accommodated my requests for paint color changes and touch-ups, requested during the middle of the job, very graciously. Personally, they were delightful with laughter and teasing and I enjoyed their company as though we were old friends. Ed stayed truthful to all his proposals, from the date of their starting my project to the end of the project and from his estimate of the costs to his invoice on the last day. "David Hughes took the time to check out my roof after a hail storm and explained a lot of great information. He's was incredibly thorough, punctual and honest. He even came back after the crew was done installing our new roof with his magnet sweeper and went around our house even after it was done by the crew that did the work. "I will start with the initial meeting and the permitting process. Bryan took over for a previously fired GC and got right to business. We started off fairly well as the main slab, framers and roofers did a proficient job. We had some issues with water intrusion during rain storms that were not addressed after several texts asking for help to keep the rain from leaking into the main house. From this point it just seemed like the communication completely broke down between Brian communicating his game plans with us and getting his contractors to show up. Addressing our concerns as the customer was became obvious that it was of no importance. We had to become our own project managers as Bryan was seldom on site. If we could get contractors on site 3 days a week and 4-5hrs a day that would be a good week. Deficiencies were half way addressed or not at all. Blue tape would be removed but touch-up work left undone. Very frustrating and disappointing as we started off well. Just my overall."
