It was not straight forward and he had to do a bit of research, but he made it work better than it ever had!. He came back the next day and changed the filter and rec-hecked the system. We were warm and snug after his dedicated service! Thanks for the GREAT experience."

"This was our fist experience with Spaid/Dennis: Totally professional and Excellent work ethic. Good combination of FRIENDLY BUT NO NON-SENSE. Very cooperative as I needed to work around him.....cross braces were needed at certain locations to enable his installation, I did not know in advance where he would need them. Also, he was accommodating as I needed to tack-in a couple of pieces of (pre-cut and test-fitted) drywall for the vanity and toilet before he installed the shut-off valves. I had the responsibility being ready and prepared for sake of not getting in his way and to not hold-up his progress: so if you plan on doing something similar, DON'T ABUSED THEIR GOOD-WILL WITH YOUR INEFFICIENCY. We will definitely hire Spaid (and ask for Dennis if possible) again."

"Based on a referral, I had this company replace a pedestal sink and faucet in my bathroom. It is a very small space and unfortunately the plumber scratched the wood floor taking the sink out. In addition, I had to have them come back out because the silicone caulk looked messy and the faucet started to leak. Woody was great to work with and so was the second plumber sent out."

"The team that came was on time, efficient, cordial, and no nonsense.  I thought my slow water flow would take major plumbing surgery, and they said they could fix it right then...and they did.  We also spoke about adding a utility sink in the basement by the washer.  I had an estimate last year that was crazy - over $800.  I asked our of curiosity, and they are going to install and run a water line for a fraction of the previous estimate.  I am a fan of Redbird; used them in the past, and now, I'm a dedicated customer.  <br />"

Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."

"The owner was very professional and curteous.  He took good notes and measurements regarding the work I was interested in having him quote.  I had explained to him we were wanting to place our home on the market here in a few years and were trying to spruce things up a little at a time.  He was knowledgeable enough to show us that our home would not meet the current electrical standards required in today's market.  We would not have known this was something we needed to take care of had he not pointed it out to us.  We will be having an update to our electrical connection to move us up to code.
