"Hired Water Works Services to remove an old water softener and replace the coper piping. They were recommended by Home Advisor. They showed up on time, did the work quickly and the work looks great. Then after using the water it was determined that the water pressure was low, most noticeable of the 2nd floor. Contacted Water Works Services and after texting them back and forth, I figured out that the hot water pressure was low. The Plummer indicated that they had turned off the hot water shutoff valve while they were working on the water main piping. I turned the valve to open it up and it just kept spinning. This indicated that the valve was broken, it would not close or open, it was stuck in the middle somewhere. Water Works Services came back out and fixed the valve for no charge. They stood by their work which was a nice surprise."

"Potentially, we were needing our pipes unfrozen but they thawed before they came out. That was the original reason they were called. They ended up fixing the main shut off valve into the house. <br /> I called them at 5 in the morning. I can call them anytime. They still came out within a reasonable amount of time, even with the craziness. They gave us a window and they were still able to get there within that. They were very courteous and very knowledgeable. They came out and got us going basically. My husband was asking them a bunch of questions while they were working and they were very courteous and willing to teach us while they were working."

"After receiving an extremely high water bill I contacted a contractor that I knew to have him look into it. His analysis was that there was a leak in the main water line which is something he did not do. After doing some research regarding various companies that provide service in this area I chose Nu Flow Indy to investigate based on their expertise as shown on their website and prior customer reviews. Jason Long arrived to investigate and determined that the issue was in fact in the main water line. Jason explained exactly what the process would entail and gave me his personal cell number as point-of-contact. A quote was sent detailing the process and cost and I contacted Jason to proceed with the replacement. Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible. I thank Jason, Adam, Brian, Rudy, Matt & Rico for their dedication/professionalism. Also I want to add that these gentlemen are Great people."

"We have a service plan with Gibson's for our heat and air conditioning unit. We pay a small monthly fee ($16) and they come out to do a cleaning and routine maintenance on the heat at the start of the heating season and AC at the beginning of summer. The service contract also entitles us to a discount on parts. In the 3 years we've had the service plan we have had to call for emergency service once. Their response time was fast. If you leave a message, they call you back within an hour or less. They had a technician at the house with 2 hours of my call and were able to have the heat up and running within less than half an hour of showing up. <br /> Over the years we have had several different technicians do the cleanings and maintenance. The office calls to schedule the appointment. They call again the day of the appointment to let you know the technician is on the way. In addition to their uniforms, the technicians put on covers over their shoes when they get inside to avoid tracking dirt into the house. All have been very professional and polite. They have answered every possible stupid question we have about our HVAC without making us feel stupid. Although we mainly use Gibson's for HVAC, they have repaired a water heater, and do electric work as well. They have been a source of background information too since they installed the unit before we owed this home. <br /> I would recommend Gibson's based on my experience. I believe they have fair pricing, like their service plan for yearly maintenance, and if needed, would call them for repairs in other areas of my home. <br />"

"Not well. It was a young guy who did not bring the proper tools to complete the job. He said that he had forgot the rotor rooter and would need to go get it. Well, some how that changed to him saying that he tried to unplug it with some other piping tool he had but couldn't clear it and if we still wanted it clear, we would need to call back and set it up with John for an additional fee of over $200. I was not happy about this. Me and my husband decided to call a professional well service company and they told us that our well was fine. It was not going dry and what needed to be done was that the well pump had to be replaced. That company was C&J Well and Drilling from Brownsburg. If you have a well, I would highly recommend them, not John & John. We have been customers of John & John for years. They were always my go to plumbing company and I would typically probably rate them an A-B for regular plumbing service. After this apt. though, I could not ever give them a professional rating like that again. The young man was very friendly, but had to stay on the phone with his boss to figure out what the problem was. I don't think it was all his fault. I think they should have sent someone with more experience in servicing wells. I do think it's his fault for not bringing the rotor rooter though. I don't think it's appropriate to come and complete service without the proper tools. I gave the office a detailed explanation of the problems that I was experiencing and feel that they should have at least came prepared to fix the problem. I think carrying a rotor rooter should be a necessary, basic tool to carry as a plumber. Maybe I'm wrong. Just my thoughts. Unfortunately, I will not be able to use them again. I hope they are able to make some improvements to the company."

"We had a plumbing problem, with our main drain system. Rolf-Griffin sent 2 technicians, Evan and Doug, who were very courteous and very knowledgeable!!!! They took care of the situation with no problems and completed the job in about an hour and a half. As it happened, we also had a problem with our A/C the same day, and Matthew came out and resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. We've been with Rolf-Griffin for about 25 years and have never had any issues with this company or there Service technicians. We would recommend this company to anybody !!!!!!!"
