"We have hired Richard Morrow Construction for a second time to perform remodeling jobs at our house. Two years ago he remodeled our kitchen. We still receive rave complements over the result. A month ago he remodeled our master bathroom and did another great job and we really like the results, which involved installing a tile floor, new shower unit, double vanity sink and mirrors and also a comfort toilet. The true measure of a contractor comes when a glitch occurs and what he does to correct the problem. In this case we incurred a backup of water in the shower drain. He responded in less than hour after we advised him of the problem It turned out to be a plumbing issue unrelated to his work, but impacting his work. He was able to find the problem and correct it and all is working fine. He refused to take payment for his effort and was more concerned that his bathroom remodel was functioning top notch. We would hire Richard Morrow a third time should we tackle future upgrades to our home."
