"I have worked with Meadows construction in the past on a new 2 level deck and was very impressed with their workmanship and the crew. They are VERY hard workers. We needed a very large addition and kitchen/living area added and their work is great. We had a couple of issues come up because of the work an outside architect had done but Mike and I worked it out. His foreman is spot on and his crew are just wonderful to work with. He and his foreman were always a phone call away as I was away during construction. They had solutions when we had questions and followed through on them. On a project this large there are always bound to be things that come up but we always managed to come up with solutions. Mike, Brian, Otti and the rest of the crew, we thank you for making our plans come to fruition and doing a great job. He promised to be done in April and he came through on that promise. "I recently hired Coen Brothers Construction on a thorough bathroom renovation, and the outcome was outstanding. Their quality was excellent, and I am delighted with the final result. Their sub-contractors were also great and worked at the same high standards as the Coen Brothers. Although we faced some communication issues at the outset, we eventually worked through them, and it significantly improved throughout the project. They paid attention to detail; when my project manager saw me stripping the trim for reuse, they recommended buying new trim and a lumber yard to get it. And it makes a big difference having new trim with clean, sharp lines. Their tile work took longer than expected, but the miter cuts the trim cuts, and the finish is excellent. They were consistently punctual, respectful of my home, and very tidy - tidying up at the end of each day. While the project took longer than anticipated, the reasonable cost and the team's meticulous attention to detail compensated for it. Coen Brothers Construction also expertly handled all necessary permits and inspections, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and would hire them again for my next project."

"Had Dawsons come out to demolish and rebuild our back deck, remove a cement prefab front entry and replace with a small porch, and redo our bay window in the front. We went with Dawson for a couple reasons - great reviews online, Greg was pressure-free when it came to deciding what we wanted for the project, and a reasonable estimate. During the course of each project, the work was handled with extreme care and attention, and with great professionalism. Greg was very hands-on throughout the project, and showed up every day to ensure the work was being completed to his standard. The end result was beautiful, exactly what we wanted.
