Keep in mind that we were learning the extent of the damages as they continued the demolition. They gave me updated pricing as they discovered more bad wood. Remember, I had 3 quotes for this job. Sauba’s final charge was much lower than the starting cost of the other 2 contractors. Sauba construction made the renovation affordable."

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"The staff was friendly and professional however there appeared to have been a disconnect with the communication between the team which resulted in the kitchen sink not being secured, areas missing caulk and small section of my cabinets chipped off. These issues may stem from me being told that from one team that when the other team comes out, they will take care of it and when that team arrives, them stating "they don't do that". There are teams that work on taking the doors to the warehouse, countertop installers, etc..etc."
