Jeff Moore, the company’s owner, also regularly made himself available, as I had never been through the process of a roof repair before and I had a lot of questions. Azael and his crew arrived on site with friendliness and professionalism and even helped me to move some things that were too heavy for me to move ahead of time by myself. They did all of this with a smile, and with an ‘all in a day’s work’ attitude. My home is rather old, and its underlying roof structures were in need of some serious TLC. Azael was very helpful in explaining the issues to me, and I never felt pressured to make improvements at additional costs that I didn’t want to make. Great company to work with!"

"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"
